What Cleaner Routes stores
Your name, clients, addresses, phone numbers, notes, and visit schedule are stored only on your device.
Network, sharing, and third parties
When you request a route suggestion, the involved client addresses are sent to Apple’s geocoding service and results are cached. Cleaner Routes operates no account server, analytics, advertising, or tracking service.
Permissions
The app does not ask for or use your own location. It geocodes typed client addresses only when you request a route suggestion.
Deleting your app data
Settings → Delete Account erases the profile, clients, and visits from this device. Deleting the app does the same.
Support requests
The app itself does not send support data. If you choose to use this website’s support form, we receive the app name, reply email, message, and submission time you provide. We use that information only to answer and manage your request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain support records.
Children
Cleaner Routes is not directed to children. The app does not operate a developer account system or advertising profile.
Changes
If a future app version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that version ships.
