What Milepost stores
Trip date, duration, miles, classification, purpose, optional labels, active-trip route points, and optional profile details stay in private app storage.
Network, sharing, and third parties
Milepost makes no network connections and has no server, account, sync, analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs. PDF exports use the iOS share sheet.
Permissions
When-In-Use location is read only while an active trip is recording. Background location is not used. You can deny location and enter miles manually.
Deleting your app data
Delete trips individually or use Settings → Erase All Data to remove the profile, every trip, and the saved file.
Support requests
The app itself does not send support data. If you choose to use this website’s support form, we receive the app name, reply email, message, and submission time you provide. We use that information only to answer and manage your request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain support records.
Children
Milepost is not directed to children. The app does not operate a developer account system or advertising profile.
Changes
If a future app version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that version ships.
