What SOAP Notes stores
Practitioner details, client records, session notes, and the app-lock preference are stored with iOS file protection on your device.
Network, sharing, and third parties
The app has no servers, accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or network connections. Plain-text exports leave only through a destination you choose.
Permissions
Optional device authentication can protect the app. The app does not receive or store Face ID or Touch ID biometric data.
Deleting your app data
Delete Account in Settings permanently removes the practitioner profile, clients, session notes, and internal recovery copies from the device.
Support requests
The app itself does not send support data. If you choose to use this website’s support form, we receive the app name, reply email, message, and submission time you provide. We use that information only to answer and manage your request. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and maintain support records.
Children
SOAP Notes is not directed to children. The app does not operate a developer account system or advertising profile.
Changes
If a future app version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that version ships.
