Before deleting or reinstalling, export anything you need to keep. Most version 1.0 data is device-only and cannot be recovered by support.

Include what you expected, what happened, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Do not include passwords, payment details, medical records, tax identifiers, or other sensitive content.
